Review of patient’s past medical history
Complete physical examination

Coordination of additional needed testing as appropriate*
- Mammogram/thermograms (thermography preferred for most patients)
- Bone Density
- Colonoscopy
- Laboratory testing
- Routine health maintenance labs

Boston Heart Diagnostics Testing (advance cardiovascular testing)

* Follow up visits may be required and are available to discuss results of testing and needed ongoing medical care.
